Golden Tulip Rio Leme has a long time experience in organizing complex events

Combined with the prime location - with easy access to airports and downtown Rio de Janeiro - and the hotel's excellent service catered especially to guests on business, such as the Poty restaurant, makes for a memorable stay. Please, contact our eventsteam for more information and questions.


All event halls and rooms are equipped with acoustic insulation, comfortable chairs and work tables that can be arranged in any formation desired: school, fishbone, "T," "U," "O," banquet, cocktail and other formations.  Event clients have the option to rent projectors and screens from a third party provided by the hotel at an additional cost, or to bring their own.

Event Support

Sound equipment, decorations and furnishings can be rented and set up by the hotel according to your request, or, if you prefer, rented from a third party.  Catering services must be contracted by the hotel only.

Social Events

The Golden Tulip Rio Leme features a pleasant area around the pool, with a setting offering privacy and elegance that allows for the hosting of small events, like cocktail parties - a tempting option to conclude events on hot afternoons or starry nights.  Our events team would be delighted to discuss the best options for you and your event.


The restaurant Poty offers a sophisticated menu, a legacy it carries for being one of the most traditional restaurants on the carioca city's south side.  On the second floor of the Golden Tulip, the restaurant offers a buffet where you can enjoy lunch and dinner for large numbers of people, always prepared special by the house chef. Cocktails and welcome drinks may also be served at the Pool Bar, located on the terrace with a prime view of Copacabana Beach. 

Business Center Meeting Rooms

With a meeting table for 8 people, Wi-fi access, and video-conference equipment, this room was organized by the Golden Tulip Rio Leme to offer comfort and privacy for business guests that need a space for small meetings.  LED screen televisions and projectors are available for rent from a third party at an additional cost.

With the capacity to hold up to 50 people when seated auditorium style, this is the hotel's largest event hall, and includes a ceiling height of 2.20 meters.  It is the ideal atmosphere for holding seminars, conferences, parties and other social events.  Two restrooms are located within the hall at the convenience of event guests.
